Evocative Coaching Training Program Refund & Audit Policy

You may cancel your registration in the Evocative Coaching Training program at any time and may receive a partial refund as detailed below.

You must request program cancellation and refund in writing, by mail or email. Any applicable refund will be determined by the date request is mailed or sent (if requested by email).

  • If you request a refund before the training program has started, you may receive a full refund less 5% administrative costs.
  • If you request a refund after the training program has started, but prior to lesson 4, you may receive a 75% refund, less an additional 5% for administrative costs.
  • If you request a refund after the training program has started, but prior to lesson 7, you may receive a 50% refund, less an additional 5% for administrative costs.
  • If you request a refund after the training program has started, but prior to lesson 10, you may receive a 25% refund, less an additional 5% for administrative costs.
  • The Center for School Transformation is not obligated to provide any refund if requested after lesson 9 has completed.
  • If you would like to defer your training to a future round, you can complete a later program of your choice for an additional fee of $295.

If you would like to go through the training program a second time, as an auditor, having paid the full price the first time around, the cost is also $295. As an auditor, you will not receive a second Certificate of Completion, if you received one the first time around. You can, however, earn a Certificate of Completion if you meet the requirements while auditing and if you did not receive one the first time around.
